Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the x789 platform (accessible at x789.app and any associated subdomains or applications, collectively "the Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the x789 Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. x789 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use x789, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts;

• Not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party;
• Confirm that you have independently verified that accessing real-money online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.

x789 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Providing false registration information, including but not limited to date of birth, name, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

KYC & Identity Verification

x789 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. All registered accounts must complete KYC before any withdrawal request can be processed. KYC documentation required includes, but may not be limited to:

• A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card);
• Confirmation of the mobile number and/or email address used at registration;
• Verification of the payment method(s) linked to the account (JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah).

x789 may request additional documentation at any time in connection with anti-fraud, anti-money laundering ("AML"), or responsible gaming obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. x789 retains KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Account Management

Each individual may hold only one x789 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x789 login credentials. x789 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify x789 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. x789 may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such suspension, access to funds may be restricted.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on x789 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. x789 does not accept payments from third-party accounts – the payment method used must be registered in the same name as the x789 account.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by x789 and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete and after any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. Processing times vary by payment method. x789 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

x789 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, where required by AML obligations or where unusual account activity is identified.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on x789 are final once confirmed. x789 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• A technical error or software fault has resulted in an incorrect price or payout;
• The bet was placed using information not publicly available at the time of placement (including but not limited to insider information);
• The event was cancelled, abandoned, or the result was determined to be invalid by the relevant governing body;
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of sporting fraud is confirmed or reasonably suspected.

x789 prohibits the use of automated betting systems, bots, or any software designed to generate bets or exploit pricing errors. Any account found to be using such systems will be suspended immediately, and all associated winnings will be forfeited. All casino games are powered by certified RNG technology; outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the User.

Bonuses & Promotions

x789 may offer bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. Where any conflict exists between the general Terms and specific promotional terms, the promotional terms shall take precedence for the duration of the promotion.

Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. x789 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to misrepresent location, or placing contradictory bets to meet wagering requirements – will result in the forfeiture of any associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account closure.

Responsible Gaming

x789 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered Users within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits – daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps;
• Session Time Limits – automatic session reminders and cut-offs;
• Cooling-Off Periods – temporary account suspensions of 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion – permanent or time-limited exclusion from the Platform.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission. Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x789 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

x789 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. x789 is not liable for losses incurred during periods of Platform downtime, provided reasonable notice is given where practicable. Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data by x789 is governed by the x789 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on x789, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. x789 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

Amendments to These Terms

x789 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, x789 will notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification. The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

Termination & Account Closure

x789 may suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, if the User:

• Breaches any provision of these Terms;
• Provides false or misleading registration information;
• Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on the Platform;
• Is found to be under the age of 18;
• Is required to be excluded under applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Upon account closure for cause, x789 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is identified, remaining balances will be returned to the User via their verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction Disclaimer

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation. x789 does not make any representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering or depositing. x789 accepts no liability for Users who access or use the Platform in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited or restricted by local law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of x789 that cannot be resolved by agreement shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures set by x789. Nothing in this clause limits x789's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent forum.
